There are no special steps you need to take to download devotionals for offline use.
Once you have visited the current devotional while connected to the internet, that devotional and devotionals for at least the next 2 weeks will be available for you to access whether you are connected to wifi and data or not.
Please know that roughly every two weeks you will need to open the devotional with internet access in order for more devotionals to be accessible offline.
