To update the language on for the odb.org website please scroll to the bottom of the homepage. Select the current language and a language settings window will appear.

Choose your preferred language from the options and select "ACCEPT"

NOTE: Some products and resources are not available for all locations. If you update your location you may see products that you are unable to order. 

There are two ways to change your location on the odb.org website. Both ways are found when you scroll to the bottom of the ODB homepage. 


The first way is to select the current location and a location settings window will appear. 


Choose your preferred location from the options and select "ACCEPT"




OR You can select the "Change Location" option shown below.


This will bring up a drop down menu. Select your preferred location from the options and select "Set Location"

To update the language in the app select the "MORE" menu.



Select "SETTINGS" from the menu.



Select "LANGUAGE"



Using the drop down you can select the language of your choice from the list of available languages.

Location Settings are not available in version 5.0 of the app but will be added in a future release.


The App will ask you the first time you open it to share your location. You cannot change this manually. 


Why does the App want me to share my location?


The Our Daily Bread app uses your device location to set your time zone. This will make sure any reminders you set are sent at the appropriate time as well as to create your reading streak. 


Turning your location settings on will also allow the app to offer region-specific content, such as reading plans and podcasts.


If location settings are turned off, you will only be able to access the daily devotional on the ODB app.


Do I have to share my location to use the App?


You can use the app without sharing your location. When prompted select the "Don't Allow" option. Some features, like the reading steak, will not be able to work as well. 




If you want to change your selection, you can go into Menu  >  Settings and then select the information icon next to "Location." Then select "Go to Settings" from the pop up and change your app permissions that way. 


Utmost Website - Language Options


There are three different editions available for the My Utmost for His Highest content: Modern Classic, Updated, and Classic. 


To choose an option hover over the "Editions" button and choose from the drop down menu:
