Clearing the cache on your browser may help restore some functionality if the storage is overloaded. Please select your browser type below for specific instructions. Please note that these instructions are different whether you are on a desktop or mobile device. 


If you do not see your browser listed below, please email contactsupport@odb.org or select the orange "Contact Us" button in the lower right corner of your screen.


Chrome Desktop


Enter chrome://settings/clearBrowserData into your address bar. Make sure all other internet windows and tabs are closed. 

 


Select "Advanced" as shown below: 



Select "All Time" for the Time Range and then check all boxes EXCEPT Passwords and other sign-in data and Autofill form data. You will need to scroll down some to get all checkboxes. **If you don't use Passwords and Autofill, clearing those fields is not a problem**

Then select the blue "Clear data" button. 



Edge Desktop


Enter: edge://settings/clearBrowserData into your address bar. Make sure all other internet windows and tabs are closed. 




Set the "Time range" for "All Time" and then check all boxes EXCEPT Passwords and Autofill form data. You will need to scroll down some to get all checkboxes. **If you don't use Passwords and Autofill, clearing those fields is not a problem** and then select "Clear now"

Mozilla Firefox Desktop


Select the menu option on the top right of the Firefox screen


Select "History" from the menu options. 



Select "Clear recent history..."



Check all boxes EXCEPT Active logins. Y **If you don't use Passwords and Autofill, clearing those fields is not a problem** and then select "Clear now"


Safari - Mobile Device


Navigate to your phone setting and scroll down until you see the Safari app and select it. 



Scroll down and select "Clear History and Website Data"




Confirm you want o clear the history and data by selecting "Clear History and Data"




If Safari has any windows currently open you will see an option to close or keep all tabs. To be sure this process works it is best to select "Close Tabs"
